How to schedule a virtual appointment
- Please call our office at 517-485-8217 to schedule a virtual appointment if needed, or to change an existing appointment to a virtual one
- You will be provided your doctor’s online waiting room website address either verbally or via email
How to join a virtual appointment
- Click or type in the website addressed provided to you into either Chrome or Firefox (Safari is not compatible with doxy.me)
- The first time you go to a virtual appointment you’ll need to give Doxy.me access to your computer’s camera and microphone
- Enter you name in the check in box
- Your doctor will start the call when they are ready
- While you wait, feel free to explore INH’s waiting room
- You can also join virtual appointment via your mobile device
- For Android, please access using Google Chrome
- For iOS download the Doxy.me app from the iTunes store
