Amanda graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2012. After graduation, she worked at Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor taking care of patients under multiple specialties, including nephrology. Amanda moved back to the Lansing area in 2015, she began working at Michigan State University. Here she provided care for pediatric and adult patients with pulmonary and allergy problems.
Amanda completed her master’s degree from Michigan State University as a Family Nurse Practitioner in May, 2018. She is certified as a nurse practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a registered nurse with the state of Michigan. Amanda is also a member of the local chapter of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners.
Amanda started with INH in August, 2018 and is looking forward to caring for dialysis patients in the community and working together to develop individualized plans of care. When she is not working for INH, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys. Her family loves anything MSU and enjoys spending time at their families cottages.
